E.8 Montaggio gruppo cilindro
sterzo
Alcune figure che seguono potrebbero non mostrare
esattamente il vostro assale, ma la procedura rimane la
stessa.

Montare nuovi anelli di tenuta: nella testata del cilindro, nel
corpo cilindro e sullo stelo.
Fit new seal rings to the cylinder head, to the cylinder body,
to the cylinder rod.

Infilare lo stelo premontato nel corpo cilindro.
Slide the pre-assembled rod into the cylinder body

Applicare Loctite ® 270 sul filetto della vite di fissaggio (A) del
cilindro sterzo.
Installare sul corpo centrale il cilindro sterzo inserendo la
boccola di centraggio (B) e le viti di fissaggio (A) e (C) nelle
relative sedi.
Serrare le viti di fissaggio del cilindro sterzo con chiave
dinamometrica alla coppia prevista (Sez. B.8)
Apply Loctite ® 270 on the thread of the steering cylinder
fastening screw (A).
Install the steering cylinder on the central body inserting the
dowel bush (B) and the screws (A) and (C) in their
housings.
Tighten the steering cylinder fastening screws with
dynamometric wrench to the requested torque (Sec. B.8).
