Estrarre dal trave il doppio giunto completo.
Remove the complete double-joint from the beam

Per sostituire un componente del doppiogiunto, rimuovere
con pinza adatta gli anelli seeger (A) di arresto delle crocere
(B).
Rimuovere il corpo centrale (C) facendo attenzione a non
deformarlo o rovinarlo durante l’estrazione dalle crocere (B).
Togliere il semiasse lato differenziale (D) e il semiasse lato
ruota (E).
To replace a component of the double joint, using a suitable
pair of pliers, remove the seegers rings (A) supplied to stop
the spider (B).
Remove the central body (C), taking care not to mis-shape
or damage it when with drawing it from the spider (B).
Remove the half-axle on the differential-gear side (D) and
the half-axle on the wheel side (E).

Dopo aver sfilato il doppio giunto dal trave estrarre l’anello
di tenuta (F) con una leva.
Nota: è un’operazione distruttiva per l’anello di tenuta.
Per eseguire la sostituzione della bronzina (G) all’interno
del trave è necessario tagliarla, con un cesello.
Estrarre le boccole superiore ed inferiore (H) dalle sedi dei
perni snodo con estrattore da commercio.
Once the U-Joint has been removed from the axle beam,
extract the seal ring out of the axle beam (F) with a lever.
Note: this is a destructive operation for the seal ring.
In order to replace it inside the axle beam, the bushing (G)
needs to be cut and destroyed with a chisel.
Take the upper and lower bushing (H) out of the king
pin’housings with a suitable extractor.
