Posizionare la flangia su di una superficie piana e piantare
la pista esterna del cuscinetto a rulli conici con il battitoio
cod. CA715299, il manicotto intercambiabile cod.
CA119033 ed un martello.
Position the flange on a flat surface and force the cup of the
taper roller bearing in position, using the special tool code
CA715299, interchangeable handle code CA119033 and a
hammer

Montaggio pistone freno negativo.
Inserire i tre perni di spinta con i relativi OR e anelli seeger
nel pistone.
Assembling the negative acting brake piston.
Insert the three thrust pins with their O-rings and circlips into
the piston.

Dopo aver steso un leggero strato di grasso sulle superfici
di contatto del pistone ed in special modo sugli anelli OR
“A” e “B” già montati, posizionare il pistone sulla flangia
freno e l’attrezzo cod. CA715056 sopra il pistone e fare
pressione al centro dell’attrezzo; eseguire una pressione
appena sufficiente a inserire il pistone sulla flangia freno.
Put a thin film of grease to the piston contact surfaces and
to the O-rings “A” e “B” already installed. Place the piston on
the brake flange and place the special tool CA715056
above the piston. With a lever apply to the centre of the
tool a pressure just sufficient to insert the piston into the
brake flange.
