4.2 Control System Calibration
The Calibration Mode should be performed in Cabin Control Mode. Stand-alone calibration mode is
activated by pressing the ‘S’ button for at least 30 seconds on the APC160 front panel while powering
up the APC160. When stand-alone calibration mode is entered the display shows:
Switching off the power of the APC160 is the only way to leave the calibration display mode.
By pressing the ‘M’ button, the existing calibration modes are displayed, pushing the ‘S’ button starts
the calibration of the currently displayed mode. The following modes are supported:
Accelerator pedal (throttle pedal) sensor calibration
Joystick position sensor calibration
Servomotor sensor calibration
The controller software disables three other calibration modes. When these are selected, when
pressing the ‘S’ button to start calibration the display shows:
