3. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS
Please pay attention to the instructions shown on the technical
plate in order to best identify the characteristics of the blast
chiller.
The technical characteristics plate is situated to the right front
side of the blast chiller and is for:
- service technicians, in order that they can identify the
product, by indicating the model, code and matriculation
number;
- supplying information on the electrical power and voltage
needed to power the machine;
- supplying information on the type and quantity of refrigerant;
- indicating the weight of the product.
The manufacturer declines any responsibility deriving from
inappropriate use of the product.
Likewise, the manufacturer reserves the right to carry out
modifications to its products which it considers necessary or
useful without prejudicing its essential characteristics.
4. INSTALLATION
Installation, start up and maintenance work to the blast chiller
must be carried out by qualified technical personnel or those
authorised by the manufacturer.
Attention: always switch off the electricity supply before
beginning maintenance work.
5.1 TRANSPORT AND HANDLING
In order to correctly transport and then handle the blast
chiller, it is advisable to follow these instructions.
Move the appliance using appropriate means and with
attention, so as not to damage people or things. In order to
choose a suitable means of transport, check the weight of the
blast chiller.
Attention: while moving the appliance, it should NEVER be
turned over or laid on its side, otherwise you could damage the
appliance and compromise the correct working of the
refrigeration system.
