BLAST CHILLER WORKING MACROPHASES
FIRST 3 WORKING MINUTES
Within the first 3 minutes after the start of the chosen cycle, it
is possible modify it or switch the appliance off without a
malfunction occurring.
ON/OFF BUTTON
The appliance is switched on by pressing button 17 and icon 16
remains lit for the entire time it is functioning.
When the appliance is switched on, pressing button 17 should
always switch the appliance off, giving an error indication when
appropriate.
If the appliance is switched on and is not operating, it has a
stand-by time of 5 minutes after which, it switches off
automatically, even at the end of a working cycle.
When the chill blaster is switched off or when a work cycle has
been stopped, for example, by opening the door, the condenser
fan continues to work for an extended time (yet to be decided on,
but indicatively 15 minutes) to aid cooling the parts.
+ 3°C BLAST CHILLER CYCLE WITH CORE PROBE
Switching on: press button 17, icon 16 lights up.
Start of the cycle: press button 1, icons 7 and 9 are lit up and
icons 10, 11 and 12 flash, switching off in order.
End of the cycle: the core probe reaches +3°C; icons 10, 11
and 12 flash; icons 7 and 9 remain lit up; a buzzer sounds for
around 20 seconds.
Temperature maintenance cycle until the door is opened (+1°C
< cell temperature probe < +5°C).
Door open: end of cycle; all the icons are switched off except
no.16.
Switching off: press button 17 or the appliance switches off
automatically after 5 minutes.
