5.7 NOTE FOR THE FITTER
After having positioned and connected the blast chiller, the
technical personnel must check that it has been installed
correctly.
By checking that the electrical connection is functioning
correctly.
By checking that the command and control systems are
functioning.
By checking that the fan is not blocked.
By carrying out at least one complete dry-run cycle to check
that all the components of the appliance are working perfectly.
By cleaning the inside of the appliance before using it.
Test mode: with the blast chiller switched off, press buttons 1
and 3 at the same time, then 1 and 5; if no button is pressed,
after 5 seconds the system exits the test mode.
In the test mode:
- button 1 activates the compressor and switches on icon 10.
- button 2 activates the condenser fan and switches on icon
11.
- button 3 activates the evaporator fan and switches on icon
12.
If the door is open, icon 7 is activated.
If the chamber probe is malfunctioning, icon 4 is activated.
If the food probe is malfunctioning, icon 9 is activated.
