In constructing the blast chiller different materials which can
be recycled have been used:
Stainless steel: cell-grill lining
Galvanised sheet iron: external protective parts structure
Copper: refrigerating circuit
Refrigerant gas R 404A: refrigerating circuit
Compressor oil: refrigerating circuit
Polyurethane PUR: thermal insulation
PST for foods: doorframe inner walls
Glass: aesthetic parts
Borosilicate: drip tray
The scrapping and disposal of blast chiller parts must be
carried out in compliance with the regulations in force in the
countries where the appliance is installed; in particular it is
wise to entrust the recuperation of certain materials, such as
refrigerant gases, compressor oil and thermal insulators to
specialised companies.
10. DECLARATION OF COMPLIANCE
The materials and objects which are destined for contact with
food products comply with the prescriptions of REGULATION
