SAFETY REGULATIONS
The design and construction of our blast chiller is constantly
orientated towards safeguarding the security and safety of the
user.
With the aim of avoiding accidental contact with the live parts,
protective metal coverings have been added.
This protection can only be removed by specially trained
personnel using special tools.
With the aim of avoiding accidental contact with moving parts,
the fan blades in the condenser and in the evaporator box are
protected by grills.
The electrical system has been designed according to the
regulations in force.
As for any electrical appliance, in order to avoid dangerous
situations the regulations in force must be respected during
installation and use.
Disconnect the appliance from the mains electricity before
beginning maintenance work.
Do not touch the appliance with wet hands or feet.
Do not remove or tamper with safety and protective devices in
order to carry out ordinary maintenance work.
Do not insert tools or kitchen tools under the protective covers
of the electrical or mechanical parts.
When carrying out maintenance, use suitable and compatible
tools.
For maintenance, moving, installation and cleaning of the
appliance use suitable prevention and protection equipment
(gloves, etc.).
Lifting and moving of appliances weighing more than 25 kg
must be carried out using proper equipment, or by two
persons, in order to avoid risks or injuries.
When not in use, switch off the appliance and interrupt the
electrical connection.
Refusal to observe these rules may compromise the safety of
the appliance and the user.
The manufacturer declines all responsibility, if the
original function of the appliance should be altered, due
to not following the instructions or due to modifications
or devices being added.

listed suggestions and precautions are not followed.
