7.2 CLEANING
Before beginning any cleaning work, disconnect the appliance
from the mains electricity supply.
In order to clean the stainless steel walls and the doorframe
panel, use a damp cloth and neutral, non-abrasive detergent;
rinse well with a damp cloth (not with jets of water) and dry
carefully.
Do not scrape the surface with sharp objects.
Avoid using corrosive substances, solvents or steel wool, in as
much as the deposits left by these materials can damage the
appliance and compromise its functioning correctly.
Only use water for washing the seal on the front (please see,
Fig. 9).
The probe should be washed by hand, using tepid water and
neutral soap or with products which are more than 90%
biodegradable, rinse with clean water or with a hygiene
solution (please see, Fig. 10).
Attention: the probe must not be washed with boiling water.
