7. MAINTENANCE
We advise you to read the instructions in this paragraph
carefully, as they contain the basic rules for the maintenance
of the blast chiller.
7.1 SAFETY REGULATIONS
In order to carry out cleaning work, it is necessary to observe
the safety regulations which have already been indicated, in
particular:
- do not remove or tamper with the safety and protective
devices in order to carry out ordinary maintenance work;
- do not touch the appliance with wet hands or feet;
- do not insert tools or kitchen utensils under the protective
covers for the electrical or mechanical parts;
- when carrying out maintenance, use suitable and compatible
tools;
- before starting cleaning work disconnect the appliance from
the mains electricity supply;
- do not pull on the cable to disconnect it from the mains
electricity supply.
