c - CROSTATA
Portare il Forno a 180/220°C
nel seguente modo:
c1 - Mantenere la ventilazione
accesa.
c2 Introdurre nella CAMERA
DI COTTURA, una ciotola di
metallo o vetro con dell’ac-
qua per aumentare l’umidità
nel Forno.
c3 - Attendere che la tempe-
ratura del Forno arrivi a
180/220°C.
c4 - Raggiunta la temperatura,
spegnere la ventilazione
con l’INTERRUTTORE (7),
adeguare l’alimentazione.
c5 - Togliere la ciotola con l’ac-
qua.
c6 - Posizionare la GRIGLIA nel
piano desiderato.
c7 - Posizionare la teglia con la
CROSTATA sopra la GRI-
GLIA.
c8 - Chiudere lo sportello della
CAMERA COTTURA (A).
c9 - Controllare che la tempe-
ratura della CAMERA DI
COTTURA non scenda e
alimentare il Forno secondo
necessità.
c10 - Attendere la cottura
della CROSTATA.
COME UTILIZZARE IL FORNO
PER CUOCERE I CIBI
c - JAM TART
Take the Oven to 180/220°C
as follows:
c1 - Keep the fan on.
c2 - Place a metal or glass bowl
of water in the OVEN to in-
crease the humidity.
c3 - Wait for the Oven tempera-
ture to drop to 180/220°C.
c4 - At the required tempera-
ture, turn off the fan with the
SWITCH (8) and feed as
necessary.
c5 - Remove the bowl with wa-
ter.
c6 - Place the RACK at the re-
quired level.
c7 - Place the tray with the JAM
TART on the RACK
.
c8 - Shut the OVEN DOOR (A).
c9 - Check that the temperature
in the OVEN does not drop
and feed the Oven as nec-
essary.
c10 - Allow the JAM TART
to cook.
