PANNELLO COMANDI
E PARTI FORNO
Aprire la Parte 16 per avere sott’occhio
la disposizione del Pannello Comandi
e le Parti del Forno.
DESCRIZIONE
SCARICO VAPORE
Permette l’uscita di vapore acqueo dei cibi
all’esterno e quindi di mantenere il giusto
grado d’umidità, all’interno della Camera
di Cottura..
SCARICO FUMO
Si collega alla canna fumaria e permette
l’uscita dei fumi di scarico.
CAVO DI ALIMENTAZIONE
Permette di allacciare il Forno alla presa
di rete, ed avere i servizi desiderati
(luce, ventilazione ecc.).
TERMOMETRO
Indica la Temperatura interna
nella Camera di Cottura.
TIMER-CONTAMINUTI
Si utilizza per programmare il tempo di
cottura dei cibi, ed è dotato
di una suoneria massimo 60 minuti.
INTERRUTTORE LUCE
Permette di accendere e spegnere la luce
interna alla Camera di Cottura.
INTERRUTTORE VENTILAZIONE
Permette di accendere e spegnere la ven-
tola all’interno della Camera di Cottura.

DESCRIPTION
STEAM EXHAUST
Permits the discharge of steam from out-
doorsand therefore maintains the correct
degree of humidity inside the Oven.
SMOKE EXHAUST
This is connected to the fl ue and permits
the discharge of smoke.
POWER CABLE
Permits the connection of the Oven to the
power outlet and to use the desired utilities
(light, ventilation, etc.).
THERMOMETER
Indicates the temperature inside the
Oven.
TIMER
This is used to set the cooking time of
foods and is equipped with a warning bell
maximum 60 minutes.
LIGHTING SWITCH
Permits the turning on and off of the light
inside the Oven.
VENTILATION SWITCH
Permits the turning on and off of the fan
inside the Oven.
