Tenere gli sportelli del Forno
sempre chiusi, vanno aperti solo
quando si deve accedere alle par-
ti interne, e poi vanno richiusi.

ra, usare sempre guanti antiscot-
tature.

Non appoggiarsi o sedersi in nes-
suna parte del Forno sia spento o
acceso.

Posizionare la legna
sempre al centro o in fondo
alla Camera di Combustione
e mai in frontalmente.

Prima di cucinare portare il Forno
a temperatura d’esercizio
(fare riferimento alla Tabella di
Cottura Indicativa
“Parte 7 - Avviamento”).

you have access to the internal
parts, and then be closed.

Always use scorch-proof gloves
for cooking operation.

ATTENTION:
GENERIC DANGER AND
DANGER OF BURNING!
Do not lean, or sit on, in any part
of the Oven whether it is on or off.

Always place the wood in the mid-
dle or at the back of the Furnace
and never towards the front.

Before cooking or baking,
let the Oven arrive at the opera-
ting temperature
(refer to the Recommended Coo-
king Table “Part 7 Startup”).
