COME AVVIARE
IL FORNO
7.1.1
Assicurarsi che tutte le protezioni
ed accessori interni/esterni,
siano montati.
7.1.2
Aprire lo sportello della camera di
combustione (B);
alloggiare in fondo legna asciutta
e di piccolo taglio.
PERICOLO! Non usare alcol o
benzina per l’accensione o la
ri-accensione!.
Usare solamente accenditori
conformi alla EN1860-3

Chiudere lo sportello e
assicurarsi
che il comando aria comburente
(9), sia aperto.
7.1.4
Raggiungere la temperatura
d’esercizio desiderata consultan-
do la Tabella di Cottura (indicativa
7.2.2), mantenere a quella
temperatura per circa 30 minu-
ti, dopodichè il Forno ARCOS è
pronto per cuocere.

HOW TO START
THE OVEN
7.1.1
Make sure that all of the internal
and external guards and accesso-
ries are mounted.
7.1.2
Open the door of the furnace (B);
place a few small pieces of dry
wood in the back of the furnace
and light the fi re.
CAUTION! Do not use, spirit or
petrol for lighting or re-lighting!
Use only lighters conforming to
EN 1860-3
7.1.3
Close the door and make sure
that the drught control (9), is in
the open position.
7.1.4
Take the oven to the required co-
oking temperature by referring to
the recommended Cooking (Table
7.2.2), keep the oven at that tem-
perature for approx.
30 minutes; your ARCOS Oven is
now ready to cook.
