a - PIZZA AL PIATTO
a1 - Portare il Forno a 270-300°C,
accendere la ventilazione
con l’INTERRUTTORE VEN-
TILAZIONE (7) e mantenerlo
per un’ora a questa tempera-
tura.
a2 - Inumidire, nella CAMERA
DI COTTURA, la piana refrat-
taria con uno straccio.
a3 - Introdurre nella CAMERA
DI COTTURA, una ciotola di
metallo o vetro con dell’ac-
qua per aumentare l’umidità
nel Forno.
a4 - Introdurre la Pizza, posizio-
narla sopra la piana refratta-
ria e chiudere lo SPORTEL-
LO CAMERA COTTURA (A).
a5 - Dopo due/tre minuti
(dipende dalla farcitura) to-
gliere la Pizza.
COME UTILIZZARE IL FORNO
PER CUOCERE I CIBI
a - PIZZA
a1 - Take the Oven to 400-450°C,
turn on the fan with FAN
SWITCH (8) and keep the
oven at this temperature
for one hour.
a2 - Dampen the refractory
platform of the OVEN
with a damp cloth.
a3 - Place a metal or glass bowl
of water in the OVEN to in-
crease the humidity.
a4 - Place the Pizza on the
refractory platform and
shut the OVEN DOOR (A).
a6 - Remove the Pizza after two/
three minutes (depending
on the fi lling).
