Flow rate regulators must be installed by a qualified installer in accordance with national
regulations and/or relevant local requirements.
If the flow regulators are not installed, put into operation and serviced correctly in
accordance with the instructions given in this manual, then they might not work properly
and may put the user in danger.
Clean the pipes of any debris, rust, incrustations, welding slag and any other
contaminants. As in all plumbing circuits it is important to pay attention to the cleanliness
of the entire system.
Make sure that all the fittings are watertight.
For optimal operation, any air in the fluid must be removed.
For reasons of safety, due to the high compression capacity of air, testing the entire
system, and especially the valves, for watertightness using compressed air is not
recommended.
When making the plumbing connections, take care not to over tighten the thread of the
valve body. Over time this could cause bursting with hydraulic leakage damaging
property and/or persons.
Water temperatures over 50°C can cause severe burns. When installing, putting into
operation and servicing the flow rate regulators valves, take the necessary precautions
so that these temperatures will not be hazardous for people.
Any use other than the intended use is prohibited.

Gli stabilizzatori di portata devono essere installati da un installatore qualificato in
accordo con i regolamenti nazionali e/o i relativi requisiti locali.
Se gli stabilizzatori di portata non sono installati, messi in servizio e mantenuti
correttamente secondo le istruzioni contenute in questo manuale, allora possono non
funzionare correttamente e possono porre l’utente in pericolo.
Pulire le tubazioni da eventuali detriti, ruggini, incrostazioni, scorie di saldatura e da altri
contaminanti. Come in ogni circuito idraulico è importante fare attenzione alla pulizia
dell’intero sistema.
Assicurarsi che tutta la raccorderia di collegamento sia a tenuta idraulica.
Per un funzionamento ottimale, l’aria contenuta nel fluido deve essere rimossa.
Per ragioni di sicurezza, a causa dell’alta comprimibilità dell’aria, sono sconsigliati i test
di tenuta sull’intero sistema, e in particolare sulle valvole, tramite aria compressa.
Nella
realizzazione delle connessioni idrauliche, prestare attenzione a non
sovrasollecitare meccanicamente la filettatura del corpo della valvola. Nel tempo si
possono produrre rotture con perdite idrauliche a danno di cose e/o persone.
Temperature dell’acqua superiori a 50°C possono provocare gravi ustioni. Durante
l’installazione, messa in servizio e manutenzione delle valvole di bilanciamento, adottare
gli accorgimenti necessari affinché tali temperature non arrechino pericolo per le persone.
E’ vietato farne un utilizzo diverso rispetto alla sua destinazione d’uso.

in overeenstemming met de nationale wetgeving en/of plaatselijke voorschriften.
Indien de debietregelaars niet volgens de instructies in deze handleiding geïnstalleerd,
in werking gesteld en onderhouden worden, kan de werking ervan verstoord worden en
zo gevaar voor de gebruiker opleveren.
Spoel de leidingen schoon om eventuele resten, roest, afzettingen, soldeerafval en
andere verontreinigende stoffen te verwijderen. Zoals bij ieder hydraulisch circuit is het
belangrijk dat het gehele systeem goed wordt gereinigd.
Zorg ervoor dat alle aansluitingen waterdicht zijn.
Verwijder voor een optimale werking de in de vloeistof aanwezige lucht.
Vanwege de hoge compressibiliteit van de lucht wordt het om veiligheidsredenen
afgeraden om met perslucht waterdichtheidstesten op het gehele systeem, en in het
bijzonder op de ventielen, uit te voeren.
Let er bij het tot stand brengen van de hydraulische aansluitingen op dat de
schroefdraad van het ventielhuis mechanisch niet wordt overbelast. Dit om na verloop
van tijd waterverlies met schade aan zaken en/of letsel van personen te voorkomen.
Watertemperaturen van boven de 50°C kunnen ernstige brandwonden veroorzaken.
Neem tijdens de installatie, de inwerkingstelling en het onderhoud van de
strangregelventielen
de nodige voorzorgsmaatregelen in acht, zodat deze
temperaturen geen gevaar voor personen kunnen vormen.
Het is verboden het apparaat voor andere doeleinden te gebruiken dan waarvoor het
bestemd is.
