Installing and Removing the Intel® Blade Server Ethernet Switch Module IXM5414E 13
The following illustrations show how to install a switch module in the rear of the SB-HE platform.
Complete the following steps to install the IXM5414E switch module.
1. Review the information in xix and in “Installation guidelines” on page 11 through “Handling
static-sensitive devices” on page 12.
2. Remove the acoustic attenuation module, if installed, from the rear of the SB-HE platform. The
following illustrations show how to remove the module from the SB-HE platform.
