• Gli elettrodi per pH 3-2726-LC possono essere utilizzati
in acqua a bassa conduttività, meno di 100 μS.
• Se vengono adoperati nell’intervallo da 20 a 100 μS,
la velocità del fl uido non deve superare 1 m/s (3 ft/s).
• Se vengono utilizzati in liquidi con conduttività inferiore
a 20 μS, la portata non deve superare 150 ml/min.;
inoltre il sensore deve essere fi ssato in una cella con
messa a terra adeguata

a. Depressurize and vent system
b. Drain below sensor level
3. Confirm chemical compatibility before use
4. Do not exceed the maximum
temperature/pressure specifications
5. Do not alter product construction
If installing into a threaded connection:
6. Inspect threads to ensure integrity. Do not
install a sensor that has damaged threads
7. Apply PTFE tape to the process connection
threads in accordance with industry
practices
8. Hand tighten the sensor into the process
connection. DO NOT USE TOOLS

1. L’elettrodo può essere

4. Per maggiore comodità
scegliere un raccordo Signet.
5 . Usare i fi letti da ¾ in. presenti
sul corpo elettrodo per installare l’elettrodo in raccordi a T
sottodimensionati.
6. Ispezionare i fi letti per verifi carne l’integrità. Non installare
un elettrodo con fi letti danneggiati.
7. Applicare nastro in PTFE ai fi letti dell’attacco del processo
in conformità alle prassi del settore.
8. Inserire l’elettrodo in attacchi con fi letti lisci, di buona
fi nitura, per facilitare l’installazione.
9. Se necessario, la tubazione deve essere dotata di un
sifone intercettatore in modo che il liquido rimanga intorno
all’estremità dell’elettrodo.
10. Serrare manualmente l’elettrodo nell’attacco del processo.
Non usare alcun attrezzo per installare l’elettrodo.
L’uso di chiavi, pinze o attrezzi simili può causare
sollecitazioni eccessive sul corpo elettrodo e condurre a
rotture e conseguente fuoriuscita del liquido del processo.
Attenzione Un sensore rotto
potrebbe essere proiettato
fuori del raccordo e causare
infortuni gravi.
11. Alle istruzioni per la sicurezza è
acclusa un’etichetta adesiva che
deve essere attaccata in un punto
vicino al sensore.
