Il Forno è dotato di mantelli sosti-
tuibili in loco in ogni sua parte e
sono verniciati a caldo con polveri
non tossiche.
I manici degli sportelli sono an-
tiscotto per poter agire in tutta
tranquillità, gli sportelli della Ca-
mera di Cottura e di Combustione
, hanno il doppio vetro per evitare
scottature e mantenere il calore il
più possibile all’interno.

Il sistema d’isolamento permette
un’elevata tenuta di calore nella
camera di cottura e una tempera-
tura esterna bassa;
(circa 70°C dopo 4 ore di funzio-
namento a 300°C).

La luce interna al forno, è compo-
sta da UNA lampade e permette
di vedere i cibi ed il loro grado di
cottura.

The Oven has a casing, which
can be fully replaced on site, with
non-toxic hot powder paintfi nish.
The doors have scorch-proof
handles, while the Oven door
and Furnace have a double
glass to prevent burns if touched
accidentally and keep the heat as
possible inside

The Oven’s insulation system al-
lows for a high retainment of heat
in the oven and a low external
temperature; (approx. 70° C. after
4 hours of operation at 300° C).

The light inside the oven is made
up of ONE bulbs and allows the
food and its degree of cooking to
