Let the Oven Temperature
arrive at 100° C. as can be seen
on the THERMOMETER (4).

Every now and then open
the OVEN DOOR (A) in order
to eliminate the smoke and unple-
asant odors produced
by the new material.

Keep the fi re lit for 2 hours
and make sure that it NEVER
EXCEEDS 300° C..
Then turn off the Oven and let
it cool completely.
At this point the DOMO Ovenis
ready and may be used for coo-
king and baking.

Far arrivare la Temperatura
del Forno a 100° C., visibile
sul TERMOMETRO (4).

Aprire di tanto in tanto,
lo SPORTELLO CAMERA
DI COTTURA (A), così
da permettere l’uscita dei fumi e
degli odori sgradevoli, prodotti
dal materiale nuovo.
6.10
Mantenere il fuoco acceso
per 2 ore ed assicurarsi
che NON SUPERI MAI i 300° C..
Poi spegnere il Forno e lasciarlo
raffreddare completamente.
A questo punto il Forno DOMO
è pronto, ed è possibile cuci-
nare.
