13.3 Electric panel troubleshooting table
All maintenance and repair operations must be performed by qualified
personnel.
Before servicing the set, disconnect the power supply and make sure there is no
pressure in the hydraulic components.
Problem Cause Solution
The panels do not
switch on
1. No mains power supply Power the unit
2. Blown fuse inside panel Replace fuse
3. Overload protection
triggered (only for jockey
pump panels)
Rearm the protection
The main electric
pump does not
start
1. No mains power supply Power the unit
2. Key-operated selector switch
set to “0”
Set key-operated selector switch
to “AUTO” or “MAN”
3. Blown fuse Replace the fuse
4. Incorrect pressure switch
calibration
Recalibrate the pressure switch
The electric jockey
pump does not
start
1. No mains power supply Power the unit
2. Blown fuse Replace the fuse
