USE OF THE COOKER WITH ELECTRICAL OVEN

. Turn the selector control knob "9" to the required position :

BAKING/ ROASTING

GRILLING

ROTISSERIE COOKING

from 60°C to MAX

The regulator indicator light indicates that the thermostat is working. It goes on and off

regularly during the cooking time. It switches off when the control knob is in the off

position.

USE OF THE COOKER WITH MULTIFUNCTION OVEN

. Choose the temperature :

Turn the control knob "12" to the required temperature.

Each cooking mode has an appropriate temperature. See the following :

Baking / Roasting :

between 60 and MAX

Baking :

between 60 and MAX

Grilling :

Maximum temperature

Convection Grilling :

between 60 and 220°C

Convection Roasting :

between 60 and 220°C

. Choose cooking mode :

Turn the selector control knob "13" to the type of cooking mode you require.

. Set the timer on manual position or select a cooking time from 1 to 120

minutes.

ROTISSERIE COOKING

In option for models with gas or electrical oven.
For multifunction models, the rotisserie is not supplied.

With this method of cooking, there is no need to pre-heat the oven.

. Remove the oven shelf and baking tray,

. Place the roasting tray on the floor of the oven,

. Place the meat to be cooked on the spit and secure by the two forks,

. Place the spit on the spit support and slide the spit and shelf support onto the second shelf

runner. The spit should then be in line with the square drive hole.

. Push the spit into the drive hole and set the oven.
