c - CROSTATA
Portare il Forno a 180/220°C
nel seguente modo:
c1 - Aprire la VALVOLA
VAPORE (4) e mantenere
la ventilazione accesa.
c2 - Attendere che la tempe-
ratura del Forno arrivi a
180/220°C.
c3 - Raggiunta la temperatu-
ra, chiudere la VALVOLA
VAPORE (4), spegnere la
ventilazione con l’INTER-
RUTTORE (8), adeguare
l’alimentazione.
c4 - Togliere la ciotola con l’ac-
qua.
c5 - Posizionare la GRIGLIA nel
piano desiderato.
c6 - Posizionare la teglia con la
CROSTATA sopra la GRI-
GLIA.
c7 - Chiudere lo sportello della
CAMERA COTTURA (A).
c8 - Controllare che la tempe-
ratura della CAMERA DI
COTTURA non scenda e
alimentare il Forno secondo
necessità.
c10 - Attendere la cottura
della CROSTATA.
COME UTILIZZARE IL FORNO
PER CUOCERE I CIBI USING THE OVEN
TO COOK FOODS
c - JAM TART
Take the Oven to 180/220°C
as follows:
c1 - Open the STEAM VALVE
(4) and keep the fan on.
c2 - Wait for the Oven tempera-
ture to drop to 180/220°C.
c3 - At the required tempera-
ture, shut STEAM VALVE
(4), turn off the fan with the
SWITCH (8) and feed as
necessary.
c4 - Remove the bowl with wa-
ter.
c5 - Place the RACK at the re-
quired level.
c6 - Place the tray with the JAM
TART on the RACK
.
c7 - Shut the OVEN DOOR (A).
c8 - Check that the temperature
in the OVEN does not drop
and feed the Oven as nec-
essary.
c10 - Allow the JAM TART
to cook.
