DESCRIZIONE
CONTROLLO VALVOLA FUMO

Permette di aprire o chiudere
la Valvola Fumo.
- Aperta favorisce il tiraggio
della canna fumaria.
- Chiusa permette di mantenere
il calore più a lungo.
SCARICO VAPORE
Permette l’uscita di vapore acqueo dei cibi
all’esterno e quindi di mantenere il giusto
grado d’umidità, all’interno della Camera
di Cottura.
SCARICO FUMO CON VALVOLA
Si collega alla canna fumaria e permette
l’uscita dei fumi di scarico.
La valvola controlla il tiraggio.
CONTROLLO VALVOLA VAPORE

Permette di aprire o chiudere
la Valvola Vapore.
- Aperta permette l’uscita di vapore acqueo
ed abbassa la temperatura nella Camera
di Cottura.
- Chiusa mantiene l’umidità all’interno
della Camera di Cottura.
TERMOMETRO
Indica la Temperatura interna
nella Camera di Cottura.

DESCRIPTION
SMOKE CONTROL VALVE
O PEN C LOSE
Permits the opening and closing
of the Smoke Valve.
- Opened, it encourages
fl ue draught.
- Closed, it allows for retaining
the heat longer.
STEAM EXHAUST
Permits the discharge of steam from out-
doorsand therefore maintains the correct
degree of humidity inside the Oven.
SMOKE EXHAUST WITH VALVE
This is connected to the fl ue and permits
the discharge of smoke.
The valve controls the draught.
STEAM CONTROL VALVE
O PEN C LOSE
Permits the opening or closing of
the Steam Valve.
- Opened, it permits the discharge of
steam and lowers the temperature in the
Oven.
- Closed, it maintains the humidity inside
the Oven.
THERMOMETER
Indicates the temperature inside the
Oven.
