6 TIMER-CONTAMINUTI
Si utilizza per programmare il tempo
di cottura dei cibi, ed è dotato
di una suoneria massimo 60 minuti.
INTERRUTTORE LUCE
Permette di accendere e spegnere
la luce interna alla Camera di Cottura.
INTERRUTTORE VENTILAZIONE
Permette di accendere e spegnere la ven-
tola all’interno della Camera di Cottura.
USCITA ARIA CALDA (mod.Comfort Air)
Permette la fuoriuscita di aria calda.
COMANDO ARIA COMBUSTIONE
Si utilizza per controllare la combustione
della legna, all’interno della Camera stessa
RIPIANO A SCOMPARSA
Ripiano estraibile all’occorrenza
CAVO DI ALIMENTAZIONE
Permette di allacciare il Forno alla presa
di rete, ed avere i servizi desiderati
(luce, ventilazione ecc.).
SPORTELLO CAMERA COTTURA
Si accede alla Camera di Cottura per porre,
prendere o controllare i cibi.
SPORTELLO CAMERA COMBUSTIONE
Si accede alla Camera di Combustione per
il caricamento della legna, per il controllo
del fuoco.
SPORTELLO CARRELLO
Si accede al Carrello per porre o prendere
legname o altro.

TIMER
This is used to set the cooking time of
foods and is equipped with a warning bell
maximum 60 minutes.
LIGHTING SWITCH
Permits the turning on and off
of the light inside the Oven.
VENTILATION SWITCH
Permits the turning on and off of the fan
inside the Oven.
HOT AIR OUTLET (mod. Comfort Air)
Permits the exit of hot air.
DRAUGHT CONTROL
This is used to control the burning of the
wood inside the Oven itself.
TABLE RETRACTABLE
Removable table if necessary
POWER CABLE
Permits the connection of the Oven to the
power outlet and to use the desired utilities
(light, ventilation, etc.).
OVEN DOOR
Provides access to the Oven for placing,
removing, or checking on food.
FURNACE DOOR
Provides access to the Furnace in order
to load wood, control the fi re.
CART DOOR
Provides access to the Cart in order
to place or remove wood, etc.
