2.3 Connessioni e cablaggio
Sul retro dell’unità vi sono 4 connettori: la porta Pitot, la porta Statica, il connettore per
l’alimentazione e il connettore per il ricevitore GPS (vedere Figura 5).

Al fine di mostrare la velocità e i dati di altitudine esatti, Ultra EFIS deve essere collegato al
sistema Pitot-Statico dell’aeromobile. Prima di tutto togliere i due tappi di protezione dalle
porte Static e Pitot. È possibile installare Ultra EFIS insieme ad altri altimetri meccanici o
digitali e anemometri utilizzando un accoppiatore a T (non incluso nella confezione Ultra

and the GPS antenna connector.
A free wires power and I/O cable allows
direct connection to main aircraft power
supply and to two external RS232
devices.
ƒ Connect the aircraft pitot line to the
port labelled PITOT and the aircraft
static line to the port labelled
STATIC. Make sure the tubes fit tightly
into the ULTRA. Use flexible plastic
tubes with an inside diameter of 5 mm
(0.2 inches).
ƒ Connect the GPS receiver included in
the box to the GPS port.
ƒ Power the ULTRA from an 11V to 36V
supply. Mount on the Power wire (RED)
the 1A fuse holder, provided in the box,
to protect against short circuits.
