Lengthy periods of disuse

Before using the dishwasher after an extended period of disuse

If the machine is not going to be used for a long period of time, it is advisable to:

Fill the rinse aid dispenser

Run one or two empty wash cycles

Disconnect electrical and plumbing connections

-

Leave the door ajar to prevent the build-up of unpleasant odours.

Leave the inside of the machine clean

-

Check that sludge or rust had not built up in the pipes. If this has occurred, let water
run from the tap for a few minutes

Plug the appliance back in

-

Re-connect the water supply hose and open the tap

REMEDIES FOR ABNORMAL OPERATION

These dishwashers are especially efficient in their use of water and energy. You can get
the most from your appliance by following these instructions:

If your water distribution system is suited for it, this dishwasher can be
connected to a hot water supply source (max. 60°C) for further savings

Make sure the basket is full without being overloaded and without any empty
spaces for more economical washing

Use the right amount of detergent

Choose the programme that is best suited to the type of load. The choice of
program depends on the type of dishes to be washed and how dirty they are.
Refer in any case to the programme table

The dishwasher is equipped with safety systems that detect any abnormal operation.
These abnormalities are shown on the display at the end of the cycle. In some cases the
machine goes into drain status and aborts the current cycle.
The indication is shown on the display by the message E followed by a number or letter
(e.g. E1; EA; etc.).
The following table shows a number of anomaly codes which may occur and which may be
cleared by pressing
