1. DESCRIPTION
Volume attenuator for 100 V lines:
•
Power: TRV12A 12 W - TRV50A 50 W
•
Attenuation : position 10 0dB (no attenuation)
Position 9~3 -3dB at each step
Position 2 e 3 -6dB at each step
posizione 0 OFF
total of attenuations -33 dB.
•
“by-pass automatic” circuit in compliance with EVAC STANDARDS EN60849
•
Box for flush mounting purposes ( not include in the supply)
2. INSTALLATION
Connection:
1. Connect 100 V line signal -from the amplifier- to terminal IN respecting the polarities .
2. Connect the diffuser at 100 V to terminal OUT respecting the polarities.
3. Connect, respecting the polarities, 24 V dc power supply to terminal + 24V -.
Note
When the unit is 24 V dc supplied, “by-pass automatic” circuit does not allow any user control , the diffusers connected are then under
full power .
It is possible to connect more than one volume attenuator in parallel to each amplifier.
Ensure that the amplifier power is never over considering the diffusers and the connected attenuators distribution in order to avoid to
damage the amplifier.
For each volume attenuator, The total power of the diffusers connected cannot exceed the volume attenuator power.
The product is in compliance with Directive 89/336/EEC (Electromagnetic Compatibility)
it is also in compliance with Directive 73/23/EEC (Low Voltage)
